As an Experienced Registered Yoga Teacher (E-RYT), I work with the principles of the yogic tradition to assist clients in becoming their true selves.  Yoga, at its essence is about “union”.  It is about connecting to, and knowing ourselves and knowing how we fit in the universe.

Yoga therapy may use a balance of breath work, meditation, and physical asana practice.

Yoga has shown to benefit people struggling with disordered eating, anxiety, and depression.  Yoga is also an excellent tool for creating and maintaining groundedness in a world that is often busy and full of options for us to distract ourselves and stay disconnected.
